For over two decades, I've worked in holistic health and wellbeing. But it was through my own healing journey that I discovered the missing piece: safety in the body.
So much of what we struggle with: anxiety, burnout, chronic symptoms, emotional shutdown, starts with nervous system patterns formed long before we had the language to name them. That's why my work focuses on nervous system-led healing: helping you gently uncover the roots of what's keeping you stuck, and shift them using tools that speak the language of your body.
As a mother of two boys, I understand deeply how our own regulation ripples out to everyone around us. When we heal, our families feel it. Our relationships feel it. The world around us shifts: one nervous system at a time.
