This is a journey where you are fully supported. You are never just left to get on with it. From week one through to week eleven we meet live together, alongside the online modules, creating a space to feel truly held as we integrate this work in a deep and embodied way.
This is honestly my favourite time of the week.
And if the idea of live calls feels daunting, that makes complete sense. These aren't group discussions or sharing circles. You never have to speak or be on camera. Each week I guide you through the embodied work live and you simply show up and receive. Many people find that being in the live container, even quietly, is where some of the deepest shifts happen.
This programme brings together multiple evidence-based modalities, polyvagal theory, trauma-based work, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, neuro education, EFT tapping and visualisation. Most programmes offer one or two of these. Here they work together, layering and deepening, so the healing doesn't just make sense in your mind. It lands fully in your body. How This 12-Week Journey Works
Each Monday: A new module opens inside your private portal. Inside you will find short, carefully crafted videos blending neuroscience education and somatic practices, designed to layer gently on each other so nothing ever feels overwhelming. You can work through them in your own time, at your own pace, dipping in and out whenever you need throughout the week.
Live Deep Dive Calls: Every Thursday at 7pm UK time, we meet live on Zoom for a 90 minute deep dive call. This is where the top-down and bottom-up work truly comes together. I guide you through an embodied integration of everything we have been working on that week. These calls are recorded and uploaded to your portal within 24 hours so you never miss a thing.
Commnuity Space: You also have the option to join our private community space, a warm and supportive group of people walking a similar path. This is entirely optional. Some people find it a beautiful part of feeling held throughout the programme. Others prefer to keep their journey more private and personal. Both are completely welcome.
Support: Throughout the full 12 weeks you have direct messaging support from me, so you are never left navigating this alone between sessions.
1:1 Sessions: If you have chosen the 1:1 pathway, we meet privately each week for 60 minutes across the 10 weeks together. This is a deeply personal space where we go further into what is alive for you right now, tailoring the work specifically to your nervous system and your journey.
