These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Nervous System Reset Program provided by Sarah Masson, trading as sarahmasson.co.uk. By completing your registration and ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Program

The Nervous System Reset Program is an educational and coaching-based program that provides somatic tools, nervous system education, and guided practices to support self-regulation and wellbeing.It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Sarah Masson does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition.You understand that results are individual and depend on your own participation, readiness, and circumstances. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

2. Program Access

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the program content for your own personal learning.Your login details are for you only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.Access duration: You will have 6 months of full access to all 8-week program content from your start date. This allows you to move through the material at your own pace and return to any section as needed.After your 6 months of program access, you will be invited to continue your journey inside the ongoing membership, where the work is strengthened and deepened over time. Membership is optional and operates as a separate subscription.We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify program content at any time.

3. Commitment to the Program

This program invites your active participation. Your progress depends on your engagement with the practices and the educational content.While Sarah Masson provides guidance, structure, and support, the responsibility for applying these tools and embodying the work rests with you. If you do not participate fully or complete the practices, this may impact your results.

4. Emotional Processing & Safety

Some of the techniques used (such as somatic awareness, breathwork, EFT tapping, and nervous system practices) may bring up emotions, sensations, or memories. This is a normal part of the process.You agree to use the grounding tools provided to restore calm, and to seek additional professional support if you experience distress beyond your capacity to self-regulate.

5. Medical & Scope of Practice Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• This program is educational and coaching-based, and is not medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy.

• Nothing within this program constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Participation does not create a therapist-client or practitioner-patient relationship.

• You will not stop or alter any prescribed medication or treatment without consulting your healthcare provider.

• You are responsible for your own physical and mental health and wellbeing at all times.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or mental health concerns.

• If you experience a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

As part of maintaining safe and ethical practice, Sarah Masson reserves the right to recommend that you seek additional support from a suitably qualified healthcare professional if your needs fall outside the scope of this program.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared within the program will be treated as confidential and held in accordance with UK GDPR and international data protection standards.Where the program includes community or group elements, participants are also asked to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding what is shared within the program community.

7. Fees & Payment Terms

All program fees must be paid in full at the point of purchase, unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance.If you have selected a payment plan, you authorise recurring charges until the plan is paid in full. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until your balance is cleared. You remain responsible for all amounts owed.If you go on to join the ongoing membership, this is a separate recurring subscription that renews automatically on a monthly or annual basis according to your selection at checkout. You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests are only considered within 2 weeks of purchase and must include information about which modules and practices you engaged with and why the work was not effective for you. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Payment Plans: All scheduled payments must be completed. Failure to pay cancels access to the Program.

Membership: Membership fees already charged are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@sarah-masson.co.uk. All decisions are final.

9. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including videos, written guides, practices, exercises, recordings, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Sarah Masson.They are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. You may not create derivative works from any program materials.

10. Termination

Sarah Masson reserves the right to suspend or revoke program access, without refund, if you:

• Fail to pay amounts due

• Breach these Terms & Conditions

• Engage in inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful conduct within the program or community

• Share, copy, or distribute program materials in breach of clause 9

• You may cancel your participation at any time. Cancellation does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participation in this program is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarah Masson is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in this program, including any health outcomes or emotional responses. Sarah Masson's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.You accept full responsibility for your own choices, wellbeing, and results.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and all services provided by Sarah Masson are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, regardless of the participant's country of residence.Clients outside the UK acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily under UK jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the box during checkout or registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also acknowledge that your participation is undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion.
